2. Nature of Products & Services
Deepleen INC primarily provides:
Rainwater harvesting systems
Filtration units
Customized installation services
Site inspection & consultation
Most systems are custom-designed based on site requirements, and therefore standard return policies may not apply.
3. Return Eligibility (Products Only)
Returns are applicable only for standard products (if sold separately) and must meet the following conditions:
Request is made within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused and in original condition
Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact
Valid proof of purchase is provided
Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Share clear photos of product and packaging
We will arrange replacement or resolution at the earliest.
10. Service & Installation Disclaimer
For installed systems:
Performance depends on site conditions and usage
No refunds are applicable after successful installation
Support and maintenance assistance will be provided as per agreement
